Private Sessions

I am available Monday to Friday for private consultations at Wellness on Whatley in Maylands.

During these sessions we can include:

• Debriefing your birth experience
• Birth Mapping / Birth Planning
• Fear Release
• Tapping – EFT / TFT
• Guided Meditation
• Hypnosis
• Optimal Maternal Positioning
• Sound Healing with sound bowl
• Reiki

Sessions are $100 per hour.

Please allow 2 hours for the Hypnosis sessions and the cost will be $200.

During the hypnosis session I record your hypnosis so that you can listen to this at home to continue to make positive changes.
