The Hypnobirthing classes totally changed my perception around birthing!
I just have to share my beautiful birth experience with you all!
I took hypnobirthing classes with Vicki and these classes totally changed my perception around birthing!
Not only did they educate me and my partner, but they gave me so much confidence and empowered me to trust my instincts and to trust that my body knows how to birth!
I had a hospital birth with my first and although I’m grateful things went well, I felt a lot of fear along with feeling I wasn’t in control of my decisions.
After taking the hypnobirthing classes and having Vicki’s support and education throughout my second pregnancy as my doula I went on to have the most beautiful calm and relaxed natural home water birth!
My partner and myself spent the day relaxing around our home, taking walks around the park, bouncing on the fitball while listening to Bob Marley!
It wasn’t until Vicki arrived at my house that I felt ‘ready’ to birth my baby.
She was the exact person that I needed while I birthed my daughter.

She spoke so encouragingly, reminded me to keep my body from being tense and to breath my baby down and out.
I was so calm, I felt so positive and focused thanks to Vicki and hypnobirthing.
What a huge difference from my first birth!
To birth without fear is just the most incredibly beautiful experience I wish for every mum.
I was still on an incredible high a month after my daughter was born!
