PAYMENT
Full payment is required to confirm your booking, and an invoice will be issued for payment.
PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE
You must have current Public Liability Insurance for a minimum of $10 million dollars that also covers you for markets / expos. We accept no liability for your equipment or products, nor do we cover any injuries to attendees as a result of your stand or products.

REFUNDS
This is a non-refundable event. You may transfer your stand to someone else, but that business will need to forward a copy of their Certificate of Currency for insurance and complete a separate booking form.
STANDS
Exhibitor stand allocations will be decided by the organiser based on time of booking. Each stand will be approximately 2.5m x 2.5m and a trestle table with a black tablecloth and 2 chairs will be provided for each stand. You will need to provide your own pull-up display items and anything you can use as separators between exhibitors as they will not be enclosed stands. Exhibitors must be present for the full duration of public access between 10am and 5pm, which means you cannot start packing away until 5pm unless told to do so by the organiser.
Each stand is only available for one business – if you have other people sharing your stand, the stand will only be advertised in the primary business name who has booked.
POWER
There is limited access to power so we cannot guarantee a stand with power. Please only request a stand with power if it is a necessity – but this is not guaranteed and will be allocated on a first in basis. An additional fee will be required for powered stands to cover these costs by the hotel.
ADVERTISING
Upon approval as an exhibitor, you agree to create and submit your own advertising text, logos and any photos you wish to use for advertising your business to [email protected] so that we can start sharing your involvement. Exhibitors agree to actively share all expo advertising on your own social media platforms to raise awareness of the event.
We have assigned the hashtag #PBPE2025 to this event so that you can use this when posting on social media so we can keep all information and photos in one place for easy reference and more exposure.
PARKING
Parking is available at the hotel for a discounted rate of $10 per day for exhibitors and attendees to the expo. There will be a QR code at the registration desk at the front of the expo for you to scan and pay on the day.
FOOD / DRINK SAMPLES
If you would like to provide food or drink samples, then you will be required to have a Safe Food Handlers Certificate and sign a Food Safety Waiver release form to indemnify the hotel in respect of injury or illness directly or indirectly out of a food safety incident. Applications are to be approved by the hotel management and their decision is final.
FOOD AND DRINKS
You will need to bring your own food and drinks or there are many cafes and food outlets outside the hotel.
SPONSORS
We are currently seeking sponsors to help cover the participation costs for not-for-profit organisations such as Red Nose, The Perth Birth Link, Baby Wearers and others who provide vital services and support to families across the perinatal journey. By sponsoring these organisations, you’ll be helping ensure their important messages and resources reach more families at our Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Expo 2025. In recognition of your support, sponsors will be acknowledged on our official expo webpage, social media, and event signage.
SPEAKERS
We’re inviting 6 exhibitors to apply to be a speaker at the Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Expo 2025! Last year the speaker sessions were a huge success – every session was a full house, and the presentations were instrumental in drawing large crowds and creating a vibrant, educational atmosphere throughout the day. If you have a topic related to pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or early parenting, we’d love to hear from you. Let us know what you’d like to present and how it aligns with the purpose of the expo. Please note, these are information sessions, not sales pitches – our goal is to provide attendees with valuable insights, evidence-based knowledge, and practical tools they can take away. Speakers will be required to pay an additional fee to help cover the costs of the separate presentation room and AV equipment. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your expertise and connect with an audience that’s truly engaged and eager to learn.
